Our Process

Our extraction process traces its origin back to the traditional art of steam distillation, embodying the essence of craftsmanship. Meticulously chosen flowers, selected for their superior quality, are handpicked, and placed in 50-100-liter copper vessels nestled in earthen pits. Next, the ignition of sacred mango wood, deeply rooted in ancient traditions for its signification of abundance, fertility, happiness, and prosperity, takes place to initiate the distillation process.

After this, to seal the vessel, a special soil known as Fuller earth is applied, setting the stage for the alchemy of distillation. As the temperature reaches its optimum, vapors, carrying the enriched oils and water in the form of steam, gracefully transfer to another copper vessel. Here, water settles at the bottom, while the precious oils rise to the top. Through a meticulous filtration process, the oil is separated, marking the completion of the captivating journey from flower to its essence.
