Refund / Return Policy
At GOLSA, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our refund/return policy carefully to understand your options and obligations.
Returns
1. Unused and Unopened Products: We accept returns of unused and unopened products within 15
days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it along with the packaging slip.
2. Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@golsa.co or 424.330.4865 immediately upon receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per your preference, and the address for returns can be provided upon request.
3. Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 5 days
of receiving the product. We will promptly exchange it for the correct item or provide a refund.
4. Additional Information: If a return request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and
where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted. Also,
customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or
damaged product, or an error occurred on our part.
Refunds
1. Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval
or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Please note that depending
on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your
account.
2. Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product for a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exemptions / Non-Returnable Items
1. Since GOLSA follows proper and required protocols for filling of organic and non-additive products in the bottles internally, specific requirements are followed which are minimum threshold to keep the quality and integrity of the oils and water molecules intact. So, opening of the packaging and unscrewing the cap depletes the natural quality of the product itself as air gets the chance to enter the bottle. Because of these reasons, unfortunately GOLSA does not allow returns and refunds of products whose packaging and caps are opened for smelling or testing purposes.
